Guests at Starlight on 22nd
Starlight on 22nd is a social and cultural lounge for guests 21 years of age and older.Guests must have A valid ID or driver’s license to purchase alcohol.any underage guests must be identified by the renter and wristbands by staff.
Everyone who enters the bar must abide by the bar rules.

The mutual enjoyment of the lounge by all of its guests is central to the its existence.
Guest are not permitted to bring backpacks or water bottles inthe bar
Guests shall be respectful of all performers during music, poetry, comedy, and other performances.
Guests are fully responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
It is strictly forbidden for a guest to bring any beverage to the bar or leave the designated bar areas with an open container.
Guests are required to follow the parking and traffic regulations. Parking in reserved or restricted areas will result in the removal of the offending cars at the expense of the registered owner. Cars may not be left overnight on the property.Mobile paid parking lot cars are subject to being towed if payments are not received by Park Mobile.
All patrons must show ID upon request by staff.
Good order and consideration of the rights of others must be observed at all times.
Smoking is not permitted in the facility.
No pets in the building without a leash
Art is here for your enjoyment, and although it might be tempting to touch, art is absolutely not to be handled.
Guests may be denied sales if employees do not feel comfortable serving due to the member appearing to be under the influence. According to North Carolina law, we reserve the right to refuse service to a member we think is impaired in any way. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject members or their guests as it should think fit.
The bars Dress Code does not wish to be binding or overly prescriptive, however we do politely ask our Members to dress appropriately and be respectful in their choice of attire. Shirt and shoes required.
No guest shall remove, damage, or destroy any artwork, furniture or any other articles belonging to the bar. If a guest causes the loss, damage, or destruction of any such property as described, the guest shall bear full responsibility and will be charged the applicable cost.
Use Of Facilities & Security
Guests shall take responsibility for the security and safety of their belongings and property. Upon entering the bar, Guest agrees that the bar will not be liable for any belongings or property or be liable for any claim or expense resulting from lost, stolen or damaged Guests property.
Any items found in the bar after closing will be recovered in the lost property cabinet, held for one month and then disposed of.
Guests shall observe such rules and obligations concerning bookings for facilities or services as the Proprietor may from time to time stipulate.
The bar is not responsible for any injuries resulting from interaction with other members.
Guests are advised that security cameras will be used in various parts of the bar premises.
Violence will not be tolerated
No arm wrestling. Conduct yourself with decorum.
Treat the Club’s staff with respect.
No use of illegal substances
Occasional bookings of private events and the bar will be closed to visiting guests
Cancellation fees may apply as per follow: Bookings for use of facilities or services – All cancellations must be made in writing via email 2 weeks in advance of event.
